Has anybody lost the current status of there car in the myAudi app.
(locked/unlocked, lights/windows/doors)
Since the recent update of the myAudi App ( 4.19 ) this page is now missing.
Audi App update....no current status of car
Using android phone it was always a chase of swiping from the charge status to see the car icon .
But now the "car icon " has gone and more worrying the replacement message " No warnings and Information" is not giving a true status of the actual vehicle.
Leaving doos unlocked and windows open is not updating in the app.

The solution to the problem above is as follows
Park safely at a location with good mobile network.
Turn on ignition and close the doors.
Open a window completely, release the switch and then press it again for 5 seconds (window open switch).
Close the same window completely, release the switch and press it up again for 5 seconds (window close switch).
Repeat this for all windows of the vehicle. The order of the individual windows is not relevant, as long as both steps are completed before progressing to the next window.
To finish, please turn off the ignition so that the vehicle can transmit the new status to our systems
