Hi folks,

I'm losing the will to live trying (unsuccessfully) to set the charge level via the MMI in my parents' Q4 etron. I've searched online and can only find YouTube videos showing the E-tron MMI. I'm not sure if it's the same process but there is no moveable indicator on the battery status bar in the charging menu screen. I've poked and prodded around that screen and there doesn't seem to be anyway to change the charge level up to 100%.
My Dad even took it to Audi and they showed him how easy it was but now he can't remember!
I'm an iT consultant and Tesla owner, I invite you to embarrass me lol.

Hopefully this will help - it is quite simple:

App doesn't work, just gives an error that says the charge level cannot be set

I don't see the charge target bar as shown in that video..

If you press the charging bar it will then change to a bar that you can then move across to set the charge target.

Yep I've tried that. I took a video while it was charging and I'm poking and prodding at the bar, nothing happens.
Just took it to Audi Service and the guy said he doesn't think it's possible to change it LOL.

I'll have to wait for the Master Tech some time next week

Hi guys, any ideas?

Audi app support giving me the runaround. Audi service have booked me in for middle of June. It's getting frustrating not being able to get 100% charge when going on long journeys where I shouldn't need to stop to charge!

When I get my car back from the dealer (it is in for a battery module replacement), I will have a look and see if there is a setting somewhere that needs tweaking.

i go on the app then click on battery level
then it brings it up
is it the charger that's set to not charge past 80% ?

Thanks, so if I set the charge level in the app to 100% it will try and send that to the car but it will then fail with some error code.
If I go to the MMI, there is no moveable indicator on the battery % bar that can be moved to increase the set charge level. Switching the battery conservation level on or off has no effect either.
My home charger does not have any set charge level, I use it on my Tesla and the car dictates the charge level
