Sound slike a lot of issues is not reading th specs or having a salesperson not pointing out the specs and lack of decent test drives.
Our Q4 40 Sport has Tech pack, 20" upgraded alloys, acoustic glazing, adaptive dampers, augmented reality HUD,, raised boot floor, rear 12v and usb sockets, matrix headlights (so has the light bar) and privacy glass all as options. I love it after having had many Audis.
The main cause is that most people opt for the S Line which has lowered sports suspension (the Sport model has standard suspension), no additional packs, so no features that should be standard (rear usbs for instance), and a lot of cars in the showroom have the options but this isn't explained to people coming to see the car.
The standard S LIne has a harsh ride, especially without adaptive dampers is relatively noisy without the acoustic glazing and, the worst thing I think, no rear armrest or cup holders unless you sopec leather seats.
We got ours as an ex-Audi press car, hence the enormous spec. (Many of the Youtube videos have our actual car being tested. )
Not quite what I expected....oh dear
Three weeks and already thinking of getting rid? That's rough. The range anxiety is a killer, and the driving aids sounding pretty unreliable. Sounds like you got a lemon, honestly. I'd be pushing hard for a resolution with Audi, maybe even a replacement.
