Missing reversing orientation lines

New owner of Q4 ETron Black Edition with Tech Pack Pro

I recently collected my Q4 but as of today I can no longer see the orientation lines when reversing. I cannot find a setting to turn this function on or off within settings. Not sure if this is linked, but I seem to have also lost the Park Assist Plus feature.
Just wondered if anyone else has had this problem and if there is an easy fix rather than a dealer visit.

You could maybe try a reboot of the infotainment screen. I believe you hold down the 'off' button for ten seconds:

I had a similar issue with the reversing lines disappearing and the Park Assist feature not working properly on mine. In my case, it turned out to be a glitch, and a quick reset of the car's system helped bring everything back. It might also be worth checking if there's any software update available, or even trying to toggle the camera settings to see if that fixes it. If nothing works, Audi support might be able to troubleshoot remotely before you have to go to the dealer.
