I had the same issue about a year ago on my 2023 model. The dealer diagnosed that a relay had gone in the light unit and replaced it under warranty. The car had to be booked in for the whole day (of course), but a simple fix and the problem has not come up again.

thanks for reply was booked in for tomorrow, but fault has disappeared so I've cancelled appointment will keep a eye on it .
