I've just taken delivery of a '23 plate Q4 with the sonos speakers and am very underwhelmed both by the quality and the maximum volume - just wondering if anyone else has experienced this? My vehicle appears to have the newest software version already installed 3862 so not sure if that could be the culprit but regardless of the source (DAB or bluetooth) it isnt anywhere near as loud as i was expecting. Thought I'd ask on here before embarking on the trauma that is Audi support!!

I've got the Sonos and agree it's underwhelming from a volume perspective it can be at 3/4 volume and it's barely loud, with some jiggling about the sound can be improved but not great, was expecting much better.

When you say make sure it’s on. Is that just with the slider in audio settings? I agree completely on the volume. Max volume should make your ears bleed and you should then be able to dial it back from there. With the speakers installed in the car it should get really loud but it is obviously being software limited somewhere!
I haven't had the exact same issue, but I did notice that the sound in some Audi systems can be a bit lacking, especially when cranking up the volume. It could be worth playing around with the equalizer settings or even resetting the system to see if that helps. I had to tweak mine a bit to get the sound to a level I liked. If that doesn’t work and it’s still not as loud as you'd expect, unfortunately, you might have to deal with Audi support, though I totally get how annoying that can be.
