Yes, wouldn't update for several hours yesterday, but seems to be ok now. server issue?

Having now owned the Q4 for just over 3 years, I’ve now discovered that I need to pay a subscription for the app in order to keep using it. What a joke. It barely worked for the last 3 years. I definitely won’t be paying for this garbage.

I'd put in a complaint to Audi UK stating that for the first two years, the app was useless and the functionality and capability was missold based upon the poor software in the vehicle and poor app. They should at least extend your license for two or even three years.
