Get the breaker checked, I had an issue where the car would start charging and then just randomly fail and trip the breaker.

Called Podoint who diagnosed as faulty breaker, after being replaced never had an issue other than the odd random charge at 4kwh instead of 6.5 to 7.

I've got the Sonos and agree it's underwhelming from a volume perspective it can be at 3/4 volume and it's barely loud, with some jiggling about the sound can be improved but not great, was expecting much better.

Mine put 5.6kw into the car and that was it last night, never happened before not sure if it's weather related or a glitch.

I’m on 3812, I assume that’s the newest available as I only got the car new in November.

Your software version is fine, I'd keep trying it if I were you, there was an issue with Audi side of things which was leading to a number of cars failing charge.

From what I've read on other forums so far, nobody with 3608 can get it to work, I tried everything but no success.

Very frustrating as I know a lad who's got a full fat Etron and it works fine for him, he's got a golf hybrid too so he just charges that manually to get the cheap rate.

I've tried and failed, octopus confirmed that software version 3669 or higher is required to make it work with the Q4.

I'm on the Go tariff until there's a resolution, my podpoint will probably end up being supported before the car will.

Switched to Octopus Go tariff because the car won't work with the intelligent tariff, thankfully the podpoint worked as expected on the schedule and charged at 6.5kw to start with.
