2 years - unbelievable??? Looks like delivery problems are getting worse. I would have given up by now and passed on my business to another manufacturer. The dealer must be so embarrassed??

Yeah that's insane, as an owner of this car (2021) it's great to drive but no way is it worth a two year wait at this point. There are so many more EV SUVs in this space now with far shorter build dates, more standard tech and features and extended range and faster charging.

To be honest, the dealer or Audi don’t give a shit and that’s putting it mildly.

Have you looked at Genesis? I was impressed with the GV60. That would be my top pick for a mid size luxury SUV, at least until the new Polestar 4 is out. Loving the look of that.

Test drove the GV 60 too and loved it but the other half didn’t, only because she’d never heard of the name probably. Also had an EV6 on order and she didn’t like that either, she wanted the Audi , I didn’t so imagine the friction going about just now🤷‍♂️😂

To elaborate on my last post, in March 22 when I was notified that the car at that time had been delayed to Oct 22 build date, I bought a Q4 launch edition as I had already sold my then current car so needed something. I’ve had it now obviously for a year and liked the EV driving, cheap to run, I’m averaging 3p per mile as I can charge from home and with solar which hopefully over the summer months will take the cost per mile down even more. The first edition that I’ve ordered only has electric seats, augmented heads up and a rear camera extra to this one so I’m going to have to make a choice if it ever arrives, keep this or take the new one at a cost. I won’t cancel because deep down that’s what Audi want me to do but wouldn’t give them the satisfaction in gaining from me cancelling. I think I’ve probably made up my mind, so if anyone is interested in a November delivery,PM me👍

I ordered Q4 1st Edition in Jan 2022 and just been advised car now built awaiting shipping to UK hopefully a late May delivery, hopefully it doesn’t get stuck in the car jam at the dock🤬

That’s interesting. Gives me some hope that they are still building these cars!

I ordered Q4 Edition 1 Sportback in March 2022 and the last update I had in late March 2023 indicated late Oct 2023 build date.

I have found it very frustrating experience communicating with the dealer and Audi U.K. don’t even respond. Have been thinking about cancelling and just getting a premium ICE engine car ( Not from Audi) as the whole experience is putting me off Audi and also EVs

Agree the communication thing from dealerships is shocking, all I get is 1 liner responses, we will let you know when the car arrives with us. Maybe they are completely in the dark as well, but then the dealership franchise owners should be screaming at Audi group, as like others I’ll never buy an Audi again.
