Hi everyone,

I'm currently considering either a brand new Q4 or "semi-new" with less than 10k miles and less than a year old 50 quattro version.

As we all know, some dealers and a bit dodgy, to say the least, and it is not always quite straightforward to get a deal, or even know if you are getting a deal as they inflate their price + apply discounts etc which ends up becoming quite a bit of a nightmare.

I have found a few 50 quattro version as described above, 1 year old and less than year old. The prices goes from 45k to 50k minus the 2,5k Audi contribution towards used Q4's, free charger, 2 free service.... etc.

The question is, what would be your opinion on that price? Is it a good deal? Anyone out there willing to share the best deal they managed to get from the dealer?

Thanks

As a long suffering NHS Lease owner of a Q4 40 Sline- I would honestly say avoid the Q4 range altogether.
I actually quite like the car and it’s looks/ size.
I don’t have any issues with Audi build quality, drive / performance or range- it’s just the terrible unworkable software that make every day driving a niggling pain that erodes the driving and owning experience- it is truly awful!
Can’t remember home locations, may well charge on a schedule - maybe won’t- might connect to WiFi might not- randomly the safety sensors go offline, nav resets itself and loses any route info / faves-
The car would be lovely without the crappy MMI and poor software.
I will not be replacing with another Q4.
I have colleagues who have Q8’s that don’t seem to have any of these problems-

I've seen Q4 S-Line 40's (my car) for £25-27k which is a bargain!

The Q4 is really just an ID4 sadly, it's not an Audi in the true sense of the word.

I understand Tony's comment about the Q4 being just an iD4 (because it is, essentially), but the Q4 is in fact much, much better. Having owned both cars, I can confirm that the quality of the Q4 far exceeds that of the iD4. If anyone thinks the Q4 can be frustrating, the iD4 will take that to another level. I am really enjoying my Q4. I hated the iD4.
