Silver is a nice colour and as you say easy to keep clean. I had a silver car myself when the colour was popular. Sorry cant help myself.
As you say there are some great colours out there, and when the sun shines on them they really sparkle.

Last week i bought my first ever Peugeot 3008 its 2019 last night engine warning light and AdBlue light came on at the same time I assumed there was no AdBlue so I filled but the lights still on does this need to go back to the garage or can I drive it as it is

The EV5 concept has just been released so will probably be a while before its launched but a Tucson/Sportage EV is almost certain to be in the roadmap.
